Coming in at the second price point level for 2020 is the Bauer Elite SR Goalie Pant. Made of a durable nylon outer shell with a moisture wicking Thermo Max + liner, these pants are made to stand up to skilled shooters. Dynamic 2 Flex double thick 10” wide thighs reinforced by Shocklite Foams provide superior protection along with an extension fit system to give excellent comfort and adjustment.

External Material
The Bauer Elite goal pant features a durable nylon construction with a stretch fabric in order to keep the pant flexible. Thermo Max+ is used on the inside which wicks away moisture keeping you cool throughout the ice time. Bauer also uses a synthetic leather material on the bottom of the pant legs in order to increase their durability by reducing fraying.

Fit
Bauer really knocked it out of the park fit wise with these pants. The new fit will definitely contour towards more customers, allowing for tight or loose fit. The pant uses a fairly large squared off leg which allows for your leg to move freely through the pant. The pants also will not match up with NHL regulations making them illegal for the NHL.

Waist Closure & Internal Belt
Bauer is going back to a more traditional closure and belt setup than what we had seen in the last two years. Bauer is moving back to the single internal belt, and a singular external belt. As well the pants also offer a lacing system to give you the chance to find your perfect fit.

Hip Protection
The Elite goalie pants use a high density cheater block on the outside of the hip in order to improve protection and coverage. They utilize their Dynamic 2 Flex technology on the front of the hips in order to provide good protection and flexibility.

Groin Protection
As with most goal pants the groin protection is fairly light and features a tucked in free flex groin pad with lace in system, allowing for a good flex through the front of the pant.

Thigh Protection
The Elite goal pants uses 10” squared off thigh guards, reinforced with Shocklite double thick foam which provide elite level protection and coverage while remaining flexible.

Leg Extension
Bauer uses their extension fit loop to give this pant some length customization. The fit loop extension gives the ability to lengthen their pants an extra 1.5 inches.

Knee Pad Attachment
As for Knee Pad attachment systems Bauer does have one on the pant but it is very basic, it features a single nylon strap on the inside of the pant to help give the knee pad a more secure fit.

Sizes & Colors
The Bauer Elite SR Goalie Pant will be available in Black, Red or Navy colorways. The pants are available in a full senior size run; S, M, L, XL.
